The Halifax Regional Municipality is providing online services to citizens who wish to submit non-emergency service requests via the Internet.
If your request is of an urgent nature or if there is a public safety component to your request please contact our Call Centre at 490-4000 for immediate action. If your request is an emergency please call 911.

| To request a service you will be asked to select from a list, and provide location details for your request. Your contact information is optional. However to use the 'Lookup' function an email address must be provided. | This type of request is a non-service related request, such as to connect with your Mayor or Council Members, request HRM publications or submit general comments and suggestions. Your contact information is required for these services to respond to inquires and to mail out printed material. |
